  • Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports do not contain information that discloses an individual patient’s identity other than to the reporter.

  • ADR reports may be passed to partner companies who maintain the statutory pharmacovigilance databases but we agree with those partner companies that they will keep your information secure and not use it for other purposes.

  • We share ADR reports with regulatory bodies in countries with pharmacovigilence systems in place and such countries may be outside the European Union.

  • Third parties whose content appears on Our Site may use third party Cookies. Please refer to the relevent section below for more information on controlling Cookies. Please note that We do not control the activities of such third parties, nor the data they collect and use and advise you to check the privacy policies of any such third parties.

  • We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):

    • For general website enquiries, for the purpose of answering your enquiry and undertaking any relevant follow up;

    • For suspected Adverse Drug Reactions – for as long as reasonably required to ensure ongoing patient safety / for a period as defined in applicable current legislation with regard to the recording and notifying of Suspected Adverse Drug Reactions as prescribed by the MHRA The UK Government Agency responsible for the safety of Medicines)

So as to meet our obligations under applicable legislation, and to ensure patient safety, we may need to discuss any reported Suspected Adverse Drug Reaction together with the data collected as a result of same with our production partners, raw material supply chain partners, packaging supply chain partners and the such like as well as applicable Government Agencies.

  • We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply products and services to you on Our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
